Led by the incredible Ms. Tyziana Mathay Teves, with the unwavering support of Mr. Juanito M. Santos, Ms. Mary Jane B. Maniquiz, and Ms. Lady Jade Emily Sia Ladion, we held a 2-day Diamond Appraising Coaching at Cebuana Academy in Antipolo and it was nothing short of inspiring.

 This wasn't just about learning new techniques. It was about sharpening our eyes, honing our expertise, and reminding ourselves why we do what we do every single day.

 Because when we grow individually, we shine brighter as a team. 

 Here's to skills that sparkle, hearts that commit, and a team that never stops reaching for excellence.

Every Friday, Operation Special Division provides a 15 minute break to give way for our so-called-spirituality. The said spirituality/inspirational talk is a way for us on cultivating our values that inspire us to be noble and decent on how to engage on our jobs and professions. We at OSD recognize that each person has their own beliefs. We respect each individual's belief and their right to hold their beliefs sacred and private.
