If people are having fun, they’re going to work harder, stay longer, maintain their composure in a crisis and take better care of the organization. OSD Manila's 15 minute of joyous, playful, break-the-tension fun is taking place when the clock strikes at 3 in the afternoon during Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The said activities is to lighten up and create a fun workplace to increase the level of employee trust, creativity and communication that leads to a higher morale and a stronger bond to each other.
